Ignorance is easily one of the defining issues in the school system today. According to Pacer, 20.2% of students are bullied in schools. Schools have done virtually nothing to solve this problem and only increase it by exacerbating stress-levels towards bullies and students. Barely any precautions are taken to ensure students go to school in a safe environment. One of the main solutions to this problem could be relieving some of the pressure on kids, not just checking up on the victims of bullying but also the bullies themselves since their problems are more likely worse than the victims. Incentivizing higher pays for teachers so they’re more motivated to help students so teachers who don’t care don’t end up in crucial professions on a barely liveable wage. Even though teaching funds the people for the future who will design medicine, newer innovation, quality of life services, and motivation for 12 years schools barely teach any of these things and teachers are generally not motivated to teach due to their low pay. It’s no surprise that most of the problems we have today like poverty, food shortage, incompetence in generality exist so much recently, the main factoring of schools doesn’t even teach it. In life, you’re taught not to get tattoos until you’re at least 18 because they’re permanent markings to your skin that you’ll carry throughout your life but you’re barely warned of having to pick a job and being tested at your most emotionally, and mentally incompetent state of your entire life that could eradicate the meaning of your life instantaneously.
